Every engagement starts with a diagnostic review, so we find the real problem before anyone spends time and money fixing the wrong one. Hiring, leadership and processes are where we are most often asked to help, but the same approach works on culture, training and standards: understand what is actually happening, then decide what to do about it.
Rapid diagnostic review and recommendations
In one to two weeks, we identify the root cause of what is holding you back and set out a clear way forward.
We listen. We talk to the people closest to the problem to understand their experience and their ideas for solving it.
We look. We examine how work really gets done: the inputs, the outputs and the steps in between.
We tell you what we found. You receive a clear account of the issues at the heart of the problem and a practical recommendation. That might be a deeper investigation, specialist expertise brought in, or facilitated conversations that need to happen.

Before Imhotep, our founder Matthew spent over a decade designing infrastructure for some of the most demanding environments on earth — coastal civil engineering, where the margin for error is zero and the consequences of poor thinking are permanent. That discipline shapes everything we do today.
